Welcome to The Glass Is Full System™. By accessing our platform, using our workbooks, or interacting with our AI Coach (featuring Uncle ROI™), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 
1. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Monthly Recurring Billing: By signing up for our paid tiers, you authorize 1593569 B.C. Ltd. to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid subscription.

​

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard or by contacting support. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled renewal date. 

​​

  • No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Following cancellation, you will retain access to the platform and AI Coach until the end of your current paid billing period. 

 
2. AI Tool Limitations & Disclaimers

  • AI Generates Mistakes: Our AI Coach utilizes advanced large language models to generate contextual coaching workflows. Artificial intelligence is inherently imperfect. It can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs (sometimes referred to as "hallucinations").

  • User Verification Required: You are solely responsible for independently verifying any advice, answers, or strategies provided by the AI Coach before acting upon them.

​​

  • No Professional Advice: The content generated by the AI Coach and within our workbooks is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

 
3. User Security & Sensitive Data Rules

  • No Private Information: You must not input, upload, or share sensitive personal data, proprietary corporate secrets, financial accounts, or private health information within the AI chat interface.

  • User Data Responsibility: You assume all risk and liability for any data or personal information you choose to expose to the AI environment.

​​

  • Account Safety: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and tracking all activity under your workspace account.

 
4. Third-Party Infrastructure (Pickaxe & Stripe)

  • Platform Delivery: Our AI bot and workspace applications are built and delivered using third-party developer infrastructure, specifically Pickaxe (Pickaxe Project Inc.).

  • Service Availability: Because our system relies on third-party APIs, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime, immediate prompt response delivery, or absolute server freedom from temporary system interruptions.

​​

  • Payment Processing: All commercial transactions and monthly subscription charges are processed strictly and securely via Stripe Checkout.

 
5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1593569 B.C. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on the AI Coach, text outputs, workbook guidance, or subscription-related system outages.


6. Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

This Privacy Policy describes how 1593569 B.C. Ltd. collects, processes, and protects your information when you utilize our platform, workbooks, and AI Coach (featuring Uncle ROI™).

  • Account Registration Data: Name, email address, corporate identity, and login credentials.

​

  • Payment Information: Financial transactions are handled securely through Stripe. We do not store or see full credit card numbers or raw processing details on our local servers.

  • AI Chat Interactions: Conversation logs, workbook inputs, and problem-solving scenarios are securely processed to deliver tailored contextual responses. 

 

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Core Operations: We use data to manage monthly recurring billing, deliver digital assets, grant software workspace permissions, and maintain your ongoing coaching logs.

​​

  • No Data Selling: We strictly do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or chat logs to third-party data brokers or external marketing companies.

 

3. Third-Party Processors & Data Routing

​

  • API Integrations: Our system passes encrypted interaction data through secure developer APIs, specifically Pickaxe (for AI prompt execution) and Stripe (for monthly transaction processing).

​​

  • AI Training Exclusion: Your chat logs are used solely to run your active application environment and store your history. They are not used by us to train foundational third-party public models.

​

  • Cross-Border Data Transfers: Our third-party infrastructure partners (including Pickaxe and Stripe) may host, process, and store data on servers located outside of Canada, including in the United States. By using the platform, you acknowledge that your data may be subject to the laws and access rules of those jurisdictions.

 

4. Data Security & Your Rights

  • Retention: Conversations with your AI Coach are securely stored so you can seamlessly resume training sessions across multiple portal logins.

​

  • User Rights: You may request a copy of your collected personal data, modify account choices, or request complete account and chat history erasure at any time.
